I make complicated things work better.

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and customer experience—helping organizations solve problems that don’t fit neatly into one department.

My career hasn’t followed a perfectly straight line, and that’s intentional. I’ve worked in advertising, digital marketing, SaaS, customer success, recruitment technology, and strategic operations. Along the way, I’ve learned how to step into unfamiliar territory, get up to speed quickly, bring people together, and turn big ideas into things that actually get done.

Today, I help organizations untangle complexity, improve how work gets done, and build systems that can scale.

I’m a problem solver at heart.

Give me a process that makes everyone crazy, a project that has too many stakeholders, a customer experience that isn't working, or a team that's outgrown the way it operates—and I want to understand why.

I ask a lot of questions. I dig into the data. I look for the gaps between what an organization says it does and what actually happens.

Then I help build a better way forward.

My approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution. I'm not interested in recommendations that end up sitting in a slide deck. The goal is to create solutions that people can actually use—and that create measurable results.

A few things I've learned along the way:

Complexity is rarely the real problem.
Usually, the problem is that the systems, processes, people, and technology haven't evolved as the organization has grown.

The best strategy means nothing without execution.
A great plan is only useful if someone can turn it into action.

Data tells you what is happening. Curiosity helps you figure out why.
I like both.

You don't need to know everything to solve a problem.
I've repeatedly stepped into roles and industries where I didn't have all the answers on day one—and learned quickly enough to make an impact.

Experience that comes from different perspectives

I've led teams, managed enterprise clients, launched global digital experiences, developed SaaS strategies, led cross-functional initiatives, and worked alongside organizations navigating significant change.

I've also seen organizations from a lot of different angles: as a marketer, an account leader, a customer success executive, a strategist, a project leader, and an operator.

That perspective is one of my greatest strengths.

I can zoom out and see the bigger picture—but I also know how to zoom in and figure out who's doing what, where the process is breaking down, and what needs to happen next.

Let’s talk about what’s not working.

Something in your organization could work better. Maybe you’re facing a process problem, a growing-pains challenge, a big initiative that’s stuck, or simply wondering if there’s a better way.

Tell me what you’re trying to solve. Give me the messy version—we’ll figure out together if I’m the right fit to help.
